We recommend using Credit Cards to pay for everything online. Credit Card providers and Banks have dispute policies and fraud protection measures which protect both you and us from fraud. So we highly recommend using Credit Cards when paying for items online. Ofcourse don't provide your credit card to everyone, just to companies you trust online via an encrypted connection or over the phone so that nobody else can get ahold of your credit card information.

We charge credit cards in US dollars, because that's the only currency our system currently accepts.

If you see that the credit card has failed, please call your bank to ask them why that happened. Most of the time, credit cards have a block for large-amount purchases, unusualy purchases and international purchases. So it could be that the bank is trying to make sure it's really you who is trying to make a purchase. So give them a call and ask them to lift the block, then try using the card again. |

We don't typically recommend you getting used to sending money to anyone via Bank Transfer. People can take your money and run away. We are safe, as we are a real company. If you're interested in paying via Bank Transfer we ask that you pay for the bank transfer fees on your side and we will cover for the fees on our side. Please make sure you also send the amount in US dollars as well. Please email sales@thetelephonestore.com to get our Bank Transfer / Swift details.

It usually takes anywhere from 1 to 4 days for a bank transfer to clear. If you still haven't heard back from us it could be that we still haven't received a notification about the bank transfer on our end. Please wait a few days and if you still haven't heard back from us, contact us to see whether we have received your bank transfer so we can trace the bank transfer from both sides. |
